Nowadays, knowledge economy spring up, economy  

globalizationis much more evident,international competi-

tion is extremely  intense, meanwhile,scienceinnovation 

is much more active than before.Under his circumstance,to

enhance the international science &technology cooperati-

on and exchange is a crucial measure of promoting the

development of science &technology,as well as accelerat-

ing economic construction and social development.Since

itsestablishment,Guangdong Association forInternational 

Science and Technology Cooperation (GAISTC) dedicates 

to promotescience& technology cooperation and exchange 

in Guangdong province with other countries and districts,

andhas made somachievements with the concerns andsuppo-

rts from all social circles.   Henceforth,  GAISTC will

continue tokeep on the theme of "Cooperation & Develop-

ment"  to manage allkinds of science and technology 

cooperative activities ,tobuild up a flat for science & 

technology communication, exchange and cooperation of

Guangdong and the whole world, to supply good services,

as well as to realize the prosperity and development of

science & technology with relative fellows.
